Order Approval
Customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process. AC Design and Print is not liable for any errors with the final product caused by any of the following reasons such as misspelling, graphic arts, bleeds, grammar, fonts, punctuation, finished product size and different stock.

Colour Matching and Proofs
Jobs without proofs will be printed following generally recognized industry standards. There might be slightly different because there are differences in equipments, processing, papers, inks, and other conditions.
Please also note that your monitor's calibration affects what you see on your screen. The colors on the printed cards may differ from what you see on your screen. Screen monitor uses RGB colours while in printing industry uses CYMK colours. Please keep in mind that while we will try our best to match proofs, however, AC Design and Print DOES NOT GUARANTEE COLOR MATCHING.

Order Shipping and Delivery
While AC Design and Print will use reasonable efforts to prevent delay of delivery schedules, in no case shall AC Design and Print be liable for any consequential or damages resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery. AC Design and Print shall not be liable for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, shipping company delays or any other circumstances. Unexpected equipment failure, malfunction and or technical problems may delay the printing process. In case of delay caused by technical difficulty, rush charges/fees will be refunded or waived where applicable. However, technical difficulty will not be the grounds for order cancellation. Additional shipping charges may apply for large quantity products.

Returns and Refund
Since each order is unique to customer and has no re-sale value, All sales are final. If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order again. However, there is NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE OR CREDITS. Customer must notify AC Design and Print within 3 business days to notify any defects discovered in the ordered product which was produced by our company. Customer must first return 100% of the received product within 5 business days (on their own expense) from the time when the ordered product delivery was taken.
